About the job
We are a blended family with six children. During the week, five are in our household everyday. They all go to school. J (18) and M (13) have special needs and addend programs in Baltimore. J is non-verbal. He understands a lot of what is being said to him. He communicates with limited sign language and gesturing. J is prone to having seizures. We certainly need somebody with a cool head in the event he has one at home. J also has an intestinal issue which causes him to spit up food and water if he takes in too much too quickly. Hell need to be watched nearly all the time. Our youngest are in kindergarten (V) and first grade (D). We have a high school senior as well. Asking her to keep an eye on everyone is a bit more than what we are comfortable having her take on.
