Longterm Nanny, 1-year-old Daughter In Annapolis

Hi there! We're looking for a nanny to help with our 1-year-old daughter during the work week on Mondays and Tuesdays. I work from home every day and have to go into the office once every other week. My husband also works from home most of the time but also has to go into the office and travel more often than me. Both of us are busy and on calls during the work day but will be around the house with you. We also have two small dogs (less than 20lbs, Cavachons) named Bill & Ted. They love everyone they meet and are hypo-allergenic. We have a fence in the backyard so you really don't have to do much for them but let them out if we are too busy.
