Nanny 3 Days/week For Our Infant

My husband and I are expecting our first baby in June. We're looking for someone to care for our infant at home 3 days a week beginning in September. We can be flexible on which days of the week and time of day, but prefer mostly consistent schedule every week. We're hoping this arrangement could work well for someone who is in school part time or has another part time job. (Say you have classes Tuesday and Thursday, then we can make a mon/wed/fri nanny schedule work.) We also have a 4-year-old Australian cattle dog mix who is very sweet. You must be comfortable with dogs, but the interaction with her should be pretty limited. (She'll stay in my office with me while I work/I will be responsible for walking her and letting her out)
