Nanny Needed For My Child In Annapolis, MD

We are believing God for a great nanny to help with our lovely 8-mo daughter in Annapolis, MD. The role will be consistent, barring any schedule changes. (i. e. holidays, trips, etc.). Schedule: Mon, Wed, Thurs (5hrs/day). Pay: $20/hr. None smoking. We, parents, work from home, and will be available periodically during the day for direction, and support. Our home is very peaceful, and our daughter loves to participate. We want someone who will keep her engaged while developing her skills (i.e. letters, words, numbers, motor skills, etc.). The role is not just baby-sitting.
