Babysitter Needed For 3 Children In Annapolis.

We are looking for a great part time nanny for 3 children in Annapolis. Prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping, has their own car and does not smoke. Hours would vary depending on children's sports, extracurriculars, time of year. Looking for someone who would blend in with our family comfortably & be able to come as needed. Mainly need for 3-7 p.m. a few weekdays during school year, maybe 3-4 days/week. Some weekends. Potential for overnight. My children are pretty independent, obedient and easy going. We need someone who is energetic and loving but firm. Cleanliness & tidiness are are very important. I want to be able to do everything but need someone who can be an extension of me.
