Looking for someone twice a week to watch our 2-year-old and 3-month-old while I work from home! 2-year-old is great at independent play and loves the baby so no jealously. Baby is not colicky and is a great sleeper. The 2-year-old still takes a nap for about 2-3 hours so it will mainly just be the baby.
