Nanny Needed For 2 Girls In Annapolis.

We are looking for a great nanny for our daughters in Annapolis. Our daughters are currently 2 months, and 3 years old. The 3-year-old is in preschool until 3:15 each day so this job is primarily watching the newborn to start. Although the schedule would be fairly consistent we are looking for someone who has flexibility in their schedule for when we have travel or other work requirements outside the standard 9-5. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping like laundry and loading/unloading the dishwasher, since the baby still sleeps a lot. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car. We are not looking for someone who smokes. We have two small dogs so we need someone who is comfortable with pets.
