Babysitter Needed For 1 Child

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 1 child to cover morning prep, school drop off, and school pick-up about once a month. My wife has to commute (has to be there by 7:30 AM). I travel about once a month. Looking for someone to be available around 5:30 a.m. to be able to do morning prep (including light breakfast and packing lunch), get her ready for school, drop her off in the morning. In the afternoon, I'm looking for my daughter to be picked up by 4 (will require to be in school around 3:30 PM), and look after her until around 6:30 p.m. We are also looking for some random availability during the weekends (about 2-3 hours). Former au-pairs would be ideal!
