Mom goes into work at 3 p.m. and Dad has work responsibilities (from home) until about 7 p.m. We would need someone in the home for 3-4 hours while Dad is here but still working. Must have experience with small children. Our baby just needs a close eye during this window. Typical day may include a feeding/changing, playing with him during wake hours, and potentially putting him down for nap and/or bed.
