Looking For A Long Term Nanny For My 20 Months Old Son

Hello, my name is Rama, and I am looking for a nanny for my 20 months old baby boy. I am looking for someone from Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for now, but I am flexible with the days. My son is very active baby, easy going, enjoyed reading, playing with his toys, eat his favorite food/snacks watch Ms. Rachel for an hour or so and his now favorite thing is throwing things in trash :). He just started talking, which is so cute, I am interested in someone who's kind with toddler, lot of patience, and enjoyed doing activities with kids, reliable, not an afraid of a dog because I have one. My husband will be home as he works from home, I am looking for a kind of teacher nanny who can have daily schedule with my son like a curriculum to have a head start on things.
