Part-time Childcare Needed For 2.5 Year Old

We need part-time childcare for our 1 child in Woburn, just for a few hours 2-3 days a week. We'd like to start January 7, but we can be flexible. Ideal candidate is great with imaginative play, reading books, and playing outside. Also great in general and patient with helping a mom-attached toddler stay entertained. You wouldn't need to drive anywhere or take her to any activities since it's just a few hours each day. Also want to note that mom works from home and will likely need to work in the same room or nearby in the beginning to ensure our daughter feels comfortable as she is quite mom-attached.
