We are browsing nannies in the hopes of finding a perfect fit for our 6-month-old son. My husband and I both teach and leave early in the morning (6 am) and get home between 3:30-3:45 p.m. We are very hands on with our son- lots of playing on the floor, talking, anything to help his development/growth!
