About the job
We are looking for a long-term, full time nanny to join our family in Winchester! We have four children, three girls (ages 6, 4, 2) and a new baby boy born in March. The older two girls are in school from 8:30-3 and enrolled in after school programs until 5. We will need help getting them ready for school in the morning, drop off / pick up, and helping us to fill the gap before Mom /Dad are done with work at 5:30 or 6 p.m. Our younger two children have other childcare arrangements on M, T and Th, so we will need full-day help for them on Wednesdays and Fridays. Given the different schedules of our kids, the majority of the time our nanny would be with only 2 kids at once. Our girls are active and happy, and love playing outdoors, doing crafts, cooking and playing pretend. Our 2-year-old takes a 2 hour nap in the afternoon. Mom will be on maternity leave through mid-July before returning to work full-time. Ideally we'd like to have someone start in early July to have a few weeks to get everyone comfortable before leave is over! We are eager to meet the right person! Thank you for the consideration!
