FT Nanny Location: Winchester and Essex, MA Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am-5. 15 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 12. 30 p.m. Children: 13 months old Duties: General childcare including engaging with the child through age appropriate activities and outings, child's laundry, preparing nutritious meals for the child, sanitizing bottles, loading/unloading dishwasher, wiping counters, stocking supplies and keeping the child's room and play areas tidy. Family has a weekly cleaning service. Requirements: 5+ years of professional childcare experience including recent experience with toddlers, a clean criminal record, and have current CPR/First Aid certifications, or willing to obtain. The ideal candidate will be a nurturing career nanny or former pre-school teacher who is excited to help children grow into kind, curious, and independent individuals. Someone who actively supports the child's development by fostering daily rhythms and routines, encouraging both independent and collaborative play, and engaging in interactive activities to build new skills and confidence. Pets: 1 cat Driving/Parking: Driver's license required and must be able to commute to both Winchester and Essex. Family will provide a car to drive the child. Travel: Occasional travel is possible, 1-2 times per year. Additional Information: Both parents work from home. Family is primarily based in Winchester during the school year, but splits their time between Winchester and Essex. Summers are spent in Essex. Compensation: $30-35 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays, and a health stipend. Start Date: ASAP
