We are a military family with three children ages 10, 3, and 1- seeking a reliable, compassionate babysitter for evenings when our schedules overlap and occasional date nights. We prefer someone with their own car, who doesn't smoke, is CPR certified, and is comfortable with cats and a big dog. We practice respectful parenting, honoring all feelings while setting kind boundaries around behaviors, and were looking for someone who aligns with this approach. We recently moved to the area and are building our community, including finding a trusted babysitter who will hopefully become like family.
