FT Nanny/Family Assistant Location: West Newton, MA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 am-7:00 p.m. Children: 11-year-old girl and 13-year-old boy Duties: Provide household support for a busy family of four, including daily kitchen tidying, running errands, grocery shopping, booking vendor appointments, managing vehicle maintenance, walking the dog and taking it to the groomer/vet, handling children's laundry, preparing family dinners, maintaining general household organization, managing children's schedules and appointments, assisting with homework, and transporting the children to and from activities. Family has a weekly house cleaner. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Nanny and Family Assistant, recent experience caring for middle school-aged children, a clean criminal background, and a good driving record. The ideal candidate enjoys working with tweens, is a proactive self-starter who can identify and address tasks independently, communicates effectively, anticipates family needs, and supports the overall family dynamic. Must be fully vaccinated. Pets: Golden Retriever Driving/Parking: Driving required, family can provide a car for work purposes but must have a car to get to the house. Travel: None required Additional Information: Both parents travel a lot and work high demand jobs, flexibility is essential. Compensation: $35 per hour with taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays, and a health stipend. Start Date: Flexible, mid Oct to early Nov
