Babysitter/Nanny Needed For 2 Children .

I am starting a new job December 1 which will include some irregular overnights and late arrival home from work. I have 2 older boys who are super self sufficient but I'd need someone here on nights or late afternoons when work interferes with my parenting time. I do not have a set schedule (I travel a large territory every other week) but really want someone on call not only for overnights but occasional afternoon care. There could be some weekend hours available at some point if you want. We have a huge house with a spare bedroom and lots of woods and land. !
