My job requires only a few hours of my time so I prefer an in home nanny over a daycare but it is hard to say how long I would be gone for so Id need someone whos flexible. My baby will be just about 6 months old so Ill need someone who will interact well with him, play with him, follow his feeding and napping schedule appropriately
