Evening/Overnight Babysitter 4-8 Days A Month.

I'm looking for a great babysitter for my 8-year-old daughter. I am a single mom that travels frequently for work. I am looking for someone that is reliable, kind and flexible. My travel time varies but I need a sitter that can stay overnight during the week. The hours would be 5:30 p.m. - 8 a.m. I would need the sitter to pick my daughter up from school (it's across the street so you can walk). Make her an easy dinner, help with homework, give her a bath/shower and put her to bed at 8 p.m. Then you would wake her up around 6:30/6:45am, give her breakfast, pack a lunch (I will do this ahead of time) and walk her to school at 8:05 a.m. Then you are done! The overnights would be from either a Monday - Thursday, or Tuesday - Friday. I pay a flat rate of $100 while she sleeps, then $25/hour for awake so it's about $175-$200 per night.
