About the job
We are seeking a nurturing, patient caregiver for our 3-year-old son, 4-year-old daughter, and baby. I work from home, and the baby will mostly be with me, except during occasional meetings. We love learning through play, nature, crafts, and music. The kids are passionate about letters, and we encourage hands-on learning and curiosity. We're looking for someone who shares our values and respects each child's developmental stage. You'll have my support when needed. The role includes helping with potty training, encouraging independence, preparing lunch, and supporting learning, like sorting laundry or practicing letters through art. We value kindness, empathy, and consistency and hope to find someone who creates a loving, fun environment.
