The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience with infants and can provide strong references. A nurturing and patient demeanor with a focus on creating a safe, stimulating environment for our child. We are a professional family with a busy but balanced lifestyle. I am a professor working 2-3 days a week on campus and from home (6 a.m. - 6 PM, T/W/R; 12 p.m. - 6 PM, F), and my husband is a lawyer with a full-time schedule in the office (8 a.m. - 6 PM, M-F). We have a warm and welcoming home with an indoor cat, so comfort around pets is essential. Willingness to engage in light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up. A proactive attitude in supporting the overall daily routine of our household.
