Nanny Needed For 3 Kids

We are looking for a nanny for our 3 kids (ages 3, 6 and 8) to start in Dec 2024. Our current nanny of 8 years is retiring. Our oldest 2 kids are in school, and our youngest is in pre-school. We are looking for someone who is reliable and flexible, to work about 15 shifts per month. Most shifts are weekday 12-hour shifts, from 6 a.m. - 6 pm, with some shorter shifts (at later start times), occasional weekend shifts, and an occasional evening shift to about 10 p.m. We provide the work schedule about 1 month in advance. With enough advance notice, we are almost always able to accommodate any specific day-off requests. It works out to about 35-40 hrs per week. The nanny must have a reliable car to handle school and activity drop-offs and pick-ups. We ask for light housekeeping and help with kids' laundry. Otherwise, school hours are free time.
