Seeking a caregiver in Tewksbury for my 11-year son with special needs. Child has severe mobility problems and will need help with body lifting and transfers. Looking for excellent care giver, who has great attitude, is very kind and composed. Should possess attention to detail, excellent listening skills to understand and follow instructions for the care needs. Expecting following duties to be performed : 1. Need to assist with body lifting of child from wheelchair to bed, bed to wheelchair. (weight 75 lbs) 2. Follow instructions of care as directed. 3. Bladder/Bowel care (cleaning and changing diapers) 4. Has GI reflux, hence needs positioning multiple times, which is transferring from bed to wheelchair
