FT Nanny/Family Assistant Location: Sudbury, MA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11am-7 p.m. or 12-8 p.m. (depending on candidate preference) Children: 12-year-old boy and 14-year-old girl Duties: Provide general supervision for two older children, including assisting with homework, keeping them organized, and handling school pickups and transportation to/from activities. While the children are in school, Family Assistant responsibilities include managing children's laundry and linens, tidying shared spaces, grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, organizing, running errands, and assisting with calendar management. Requirements: 3+ years of professional nanny experience, including recent experience caring for older children or teenagers. A valid driver's license with a good driving record and a clean criminal background are required. The family is seeking a cautious and experienced driver with prior Family Assistant experience, including meal preparation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is organized, proactive, and creative in finding ways to assist the family. Pets: 4 Cats - no care required Driving/Parking: Must have a car to get to the house but family will provide a car for work-related driving. Travel: Not Required Additional Information: Dad works from home part time, Mom is in the office Mon-Thurs. Compensation: $35-40 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 3 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, and a health stipend. Start Date: ASAP
