Afternoon Sitter Needed For Preschooler

We are looking for an afternoon sitter/nanny to pick up our daughter from preschool and watch her until around 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Some afternoons could include taking her to afternoon activities. We're looking for someone who has an excellent driving record, will plan activities, is comfortable with pets (we have a 2-yr old dog), likes getting outside and being active, and is able to commit for the current school year (though if it's the right fit we'd love to make this a long-term arrangement!). We are two parents who work full time, both remotely and in the office. Our daughter currently loves to hide and seek outside, walks around the neighborhood, arts and crafts, playground and library visits, and sometimes just needs some quiet downtime.
