Care For Sick Days/vacations, Seeking 1-2 Sitters If Needed

Hi! We are seeking a reliable sitter (or 2) to help care for our 4. 5 yr old when he is out sick from prek (every 2 weeks is likely!). I am starting a FT job mid August and was hoping to find someone before this time. I am not certain but there may be other needs coming, transportation/pick ups, but I would like to focus on the sick days primarily. I will also have to cover some school vacations, starting with Sept 3-5 as he just started at Montessori in Wayland and there are quite a few vacation days. We have 2 older boys who are self sufficient ages 9, 13. We have a cat who sleeps all day, she is siberian and easier for those with allergies. We can speak Spanish if needed. Thank you!
