After School Care Needed For Fun 5 Year Old Boy!

Looking for a reliable, fun and energetic person with a love of kids to watch our 5-year-old son after school, generally 2:30-5:30, with some occasional variation. Additional hours will be requested (and negotiable) on half days, no school days, etc. Schedule will be shared after hiring. Ideally looking for someone who can commit to at least the end of the school year, if not longer. This person would (eventually) ideally help with pick-up from preschool and driving to a weekly appointment, so active driver's license is required. They also have experience with kids, are fun and creative, and are comfortable applying the "gentle parenting" approach that we use at home. We are a silly and laid back family and looking for someone who will fit right in and feel like a part of it.
