LOOKING FOR A SEMI-REGULAR SITTER IN SPRINGFIELD (Toddler [Age2])

About the job

We are looking for a sitter to supplement the time between when my husband (who works nights) leaves for work to the time I return. I make my schedule and I can work from home as well so I try not to work more than 3 nights a week out in the field but sometimes it is inevitable that I have to work more in field so the schedule/ times might vary within the given window just a bit but I try to make my schedule weeks in advance. We are interested in the model of gentle parenting. ("hitting is not nice, we use gentle hands. Show me gentle hands" etc) Our son just turned two in June. He loves Mickey Mouse, Bubble Guppies, Wish and Encanto. He is starting to get into things but what curious toddler doesn't! He is delayed in speech. He has some discernible words but is still behind. He is possibly on the mild end of the Autism spectrum (we are on a waitlist for evaluation) We are looking for someone who is patient, someone who is kind and will love him, helping to teach him words and play skills. We have two dogs, Ryder (a chocolate lab) and Aurora (a Doberman shepherd mix). They are still puppies (about 2 years old) so they can be loud and rambunctious but they really just want love and attention. Ryder tends to be mouthy but they can be put up if you are uncomfortable with them out and about
