Flexible Nanny Needed For My Infant In South Boston

Looking for part-time childcare for our 9-month-old baby girl. We both work in healthcare so have irregular schedules with 12 hour shifts. We will need childcare on days we both work from around 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. We would also like childcare for shorter shifts including appointments, workouts, errands, etc. Caretaker should be experienced and comfortable with infants and toddlers, reliable and flexible with scheduling, and able to communicate needs clearly. Should be ready to provide 3 recent references. Please, absolutely no smoking, vaping, or tobacco of any kind. Should be able to demonstrate CPR skills and what to do if choking.
