Looking For A Long-term Nanny For Our 1 Year Old Son To Become Part Of Our Family!

We're looking to build a long term relationship with someone who can provide full time care to our son, ensuring a safe environment, feeding bottles or baby food at appropriate times, ensuring regular naps that follow appropriate wake windows and planning age-appropriate activities. We parent in a respectful Montessori style and are hoping to find someone willing to do the same - or learn about what that means. We are looking for someone who has experience with infants and toddlers and is excited to provide engaging, nurturing care. Ideally we'd love to work with someone with at least several years of experience working with infants and toddlers as an in home nanny that we can trust to become another member of our family! We also have a cat so must not be allergic!
