We are looking for a nanny to participate in a share with a baby boy and a baby girl who is about 2 months younger. The two families live in the same house. Engaging the children with appropriate play and activity, taking them on outings, and staying screen-free is important to us. We don't have pets, but we do have a good amount of stairs in the house.
