Seeking a full-time nanny for our 5-month-old. Guaranteed 40hr week M-Th with private parking and transit . Includes PTO, sick leave, and holidays. Our son is a sweet, outgoing, curious, interactive boy who loves to play. Looking for someone nurturing, attentive, and active who loves interacting with babies and is passionate about their development. An ideal day includes plenty of time talking and playing interactively, carrying/wearing him while narrating activities, reading, walks, cuddles, and a bit of independent play. Mom's schedule is hybrid with occasional time to spend with baby (e. g. home early, lunchtime). Looking for focused childcare when parents are unavailable and some household management, including meal prep and laundry, when parents are available. Pay to scale with experience and responsibilities.
