Looking for care for our 7-month-old full-time ASAP. We parent in a respectful Montessori style and we're looking for someone who will do the same or learn what that means. We're looking for someone with experience working with infants and toddlers and is interested in their development (starting solids, nap transitions, and planning developmentally appropriate activities) We have a cat so we need someone who isn't allergic. We're hoping to find someone to build a long-term relationship with. Looking forward to hearing from you!
