Nanny For 1.5 Year Old

**About Us:** We are a warm, family-oriented household looking for an experienced and energetic nanny to care for our 1. 5-year-old daughter. Our goal is to find someone who is not only highly attentive to our toddler's needs but also committed to fostering a nurturing, playful, and engaging environment. We value active, hands-on care and want someone who will take a thoughtful and active approach to childcare. Both mom and dad work a combination of from home and in office. One of us with likely be home at any given time. We are looking for someone to watch our daughter at a minimum every Friday morning, with the occasional date night and weekday pick up from daycare (4:30 p.m. - 6:30pm). We need someone who is extremely flexible on hours, and can work with us a week in advance on pinning down times for the week ahead. **Responsibilities:** - **Play and Engagement:** Be present during playtime with our daughter, encouraging creativity, exploration, and learning through various age-appropriate activities. We want someone who can interact actively and thoughtfully, minimizing screen time and engaging with her directly. - **Outdoor Adventures:** Our toddler loves to explore, so being outside for walks, trips to the playground, and nature explorations is a key part of the day. - **Household Assistance:** Light household duties related to the child, such as tidying up toys, preparing snacks, cleaning up, and ensuring her living space is clean and organized. - **Safety:** Always prioritize our toddler's safety. You should be alert, responsible, and proactive in keeping a safe and secure environment both inside and outside the home. **Qualifications:** - Previous nanny or childcare experience (preferably with toddlers). - Excellent multitasking skills and a calm demeanor. Self- motivated (does not need to be told what to do) - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with parents on routines and goals. - First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain it). **Additional Skills We Value:** - Ability to create an enriching environment for learning and development. - Comfortable with pets (Our dog, Cal, is a 4-year-old hypoallergenic mini golden doodle and is a big part of the family)
