I have 2 girls a 1year old and a 3-month-old who I need a nanny for the new born basically just sleeps and wakes up every 2-3 hours for milk, for our 1-year-old she has a schedule we go by which when we find someone if changes need to be made we are super flexible we do want her learning which can also be spoken about once we find someone other then that we are super easy I(mom) do work from home so if theres any questions I am here to help we just ask that our house stays nice and clean whatever mess is made for it to be picked up.
