FT Nanny Location: Roslindale, MA Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 8:15am-5 p.m. and Fri, 8:15am-1:15 p.m. Children: 3 months and 4. 5 years old Duties: General childcare including engaging the children in age and developmentally appropriate activities, children's laundry, preparing bottles, children's meals, dropping the oldest child off at school, occasional school pick ups and keeping children's room and play areas tidy. Requirements: 5+ years of professional childcare experience including recent experience caring for infants, a clean criminal record, and a good driving record. The family is looking for a nurturing, engaging nanny who is family-oriented, a strong communicator, and maintains a positive attitude. They follow a gentle parenting approach and would love to find a nanny who aligns with that philosophy. Must be up to date on vaccines and CPR/First Aid certification. Pets: None Driving/Parking: Driving required and family can provide a car. Street parking is available. Travel: 2-3 weeks per year both international and domestic. Additional Information: The primary responsibility will be caring for the infant, as the oldest child attends school or is looked after by another caregiver. However, the nanny should be comfortable caring for both children when needed. Both parents work from home in a separate office. Compensation: $33+ per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays and a health stipend is negotiable Start Date: March 17th
