ISO Half-Time Nanny For My 2nd Grader In Roslindale

Thanks to a village, G and I have made things work in the 6+ yrs since his mother (my wife) died. Looking to hire a key part of that: a 3-day-a-week (including 2 school pickups) Nanny who could also provide 5 hrs/wk of household support. I work full-time and struggle to keep life organized. G does well in 2nd grade with a 504 plan, but he could use less screen time and more social/outdoor activities. He's affectionate and curious, a voracious reader who loves science. He also struggles with attention, follow-through, and redirections. We're looking for a patient, creative nanny who will foster a supportive and organized environment. Responsibilities for G include school pickups, engaging activities, light meal prep, and helping maintain routines. Ones for the household would include errands and organizational projects.
