Responsibilities: - Provide attentive and loving care - Engage our children in age-appropriate activities that promote development and learning - Prepare meals and snacks - Manage daily routines - Light housekeeping related to child care (e. g., cleaning up after meals, maintaining play areas) - Assist with household management tasks - Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's activities, development, and any concerns Qualifications: - Prior experience, especially with newborns and young children - CPR and First Aid certification - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Ability to create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment - Reliable and punctual - Comfortable with light household management duties
