ISO Nanny For Two Wonderful Kiddos On A Hobby Farm In Rehoboth

We are in search of a new nanny for our family. Our nanny of the past almost 4 years is moving onto a new career, and we are very excited for her, but very sad to have her go. The start date for the position is not 100% clear but would be sometime within the next couple months. As of right now, this position would be full time until September 1, 2025. We are hoping to find another wonderful person to help our children learn and grow. Our family loves being outside and doing outdoor projects with the kids. We like to teach the kids, independence, while being in a safe and supportive environment. Teaching Kindness, respect, manners, having fun, and learning new things are all really important values in our family. The kids love playing outside, imaginative play, playing with the animals, doing crafts, dancing, music and reading books. They need help with routines and continuing to learn to be helpers. Cleaning up, listening skills, etc. the little one is potty training and needs assistance going potty. We are looking for someone who's energetic, with a can-do attitude. Someone who loves the outdoors and having adventures with the kids would be a big plus. Our house has parking. We do require a reliable car for preschool drop off and pick up, going to the playground, play dates, and into the pool in the summer. Being comfortable with pets is really important, we live on a hobby farm and have many animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, duck's goats and horses. General animal care is not required, but if you are comfortable with the animals, we like having the kids help out with them. A clean driving record and CPR certification are required. Must be able to assist with potty training and willing to assist with swimming lessons and recreational time in the summer.
