About the job
We have recently moved to the area and are looking for a nanny for our 21-month-old daughter. She is fully mobile (runs as well as walks) and very chatty! She doesn't always perfectly express her desires/opinions, but is fully capable of verbally telling you what she wants or doesn't want. Both parents mostly work from home, so one is typically always home, but mostly in the office working. Ideally we would like someone with experience creating activities at home to aide in her development (she LOVES reading), prepare her meals, play with her outside, etc. She does not get any screen time, so she is very scheduled with activities at home during the day.
