Adventurous Summer Job, 3 Active Kids, Dog, Pool, & Woods

Health and fun are our 2 priorities. We eat healthy, get our kids out in the sun and try to keep the screens off. The kids love to travel, the beach, walking through our woods jumping in our pool or going down to the pond. They are obsessed with their bikes, their dog Baloo and anything outside. On cool days they love legos and crafts. Anytime the busier the better. They need someone that can keep up. Our 2 yr old is quite adventurous and an escape artist. We need someone that can be aware of him especially with our pool and the activities and still help the older two stay focused. Someone healthy and active, ability to keep up, swim and drive. Would love someone who loves the outdoors and would share their adventurous spirit with our children. Yes parking, no public transit We have a German Shepard mutt, that is very protective of the kids, would need someone comfortable with dogs, willing to let her out, cuddles and loves, as she loves her humans and is dying for attention as she watches us facilitate the kids instead of her these days.
