Looking For A Caring Nanny With A Flexible Schedule In Osterville

My husband and I are expecting our first baby, a little girl, in October 2024. I will be on maternity leave until mid January, but would like to explore childcare options for when I return to work after that. We are looking for a nanny with a flexible schedule to fit my husband's firefighter schedule. I work Monday-Friday as a teacher, and he works on an 8 day rotating schedule. (For example, if he works Monday and Wednesday this week, the following week he would be working Tuesday and Thursday.) Some weeks that would mean only one day of care is needed, but most weeks it would be two days. We would need care on the days he works from 8:00-4:00 p.m. Must be comfortable with pets because we have a big but lovable German Shepherd and an indoor cat.
