3 Night /week Overnight Care For Newborn (while My Husband And I Catch Up On Sleep!)

My husband and I are expecting our first baby at the end of June. Starting in July we're looking for someone to do overnights 3 nights a week. Ideally Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights but we can be flexible. We're thinking 8/9 p.m. - 7/9 a.m. (we can have flexibility with this too). We'll need help with feeding the baby, changing the baby, laundry, washing bottles, meal-prep/light cooking, dishes. We have a small hypoallergenic dog who is very sweet and quiet who will likely be asleep in our room the entire time. Must have previous experience doing overnights with newborns. Looking for a non-smoker, who has a reliable car. Looking for care during July & August
