PT Nanny Location: Norwood, MA Schedule: 3 or 4 days per week, 9am-5 p.m. Days are flexible depending on the candidates preferences but must include Wed. Children: 6 months old Duties: General childcare including engaging the child in age and developmentally appropriate activities, taking child for walks, child's laundry, preparing/washing bottles, preparing solid foods as baby gets older and tidying up after the child. Requirements: Candidates must have at least 3 years of professional childcare experience, including recent experience caring for infants, a clean criminal record and good driving record. The ideal candidate is interactive, punctual, and an excellent communicator with a strong understanding of child development. They should have their own informed opinions but be open to listening to and working collaboratively with parents, adapting to their parenting style while maintaining flexibility. Knowledge of safe sleep practices and car seat safety is essential. Must be fully vaccinated including Tdap, Covid and flu. Pets: 1 Cat and 1 Dog (Australian Shepherd) Driving/Parking: No driving required at this time. Candidate must have a car to get to the house. Travel: None Additional Information: Mom works from home Compensation: $30-35 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays and a health stipend is negotiable Start Date: ASAP
