Flexible Part-Time Nanny Needed For 3 Children

We are in need of a flexible, part-time nanny for our three girls (3, 2, and 7 months), available ASAP. We need someone 3 days a week, sometimes 4 my husband is a firefighter with a rotating schedule, but we can make the schedule up a month or 2 in advance if needed. Open to negotiation for the right person if you need specific days only. I work from home, but can often jump in and help during transition times (naps, meals, etc). Oldest is potty training, and also goes to preschool 2x a week (Tues/Thu). Must be comfortable and experienced with babies and toddlers, juggling the chaos of multiples, and also must be comfortable with pets (we have a large dog, and a siamese cat both friendly!).
