About the job
We currently have a part time nanny for our older two girls (2yr 11mo, and 1yr10mo) but are looking for another part time caregiver to be specifically dedicated to helping us with our 3month old infant when I go back to work. Helping get her on a sleep schedule, as well as taking a bottle or being comforted by anyone other than mommy (she's a mama's girl, exclusively breastfed at the moment) are the most important things we need help with. We are looking for someone who has a decent amount of experience with infants, is patient and warm and caring, can multitask and is okay with a collaborative environment where there is another caregiver in our home as well as me being in the home too (in my office upstairs working from home, but occasionally around). We're able to provide a schedule up to a month or two ahead of time.
