Looking For Full Time Nanny In July

Hello, We are having our first child in early February and are interested in having a full time nanny, likely starting in early July. I am a BCBA and Program Director for a Day Program that services individuals with Autism. My husband works in data science. We are interested in hiring someone who can be flexible with the schedule as our meeting times sometimes vary by a half hour or so in the morning or afternoon. We are fairly heath conscious and value food and products with natural ingredients/whole foods. I have a background in behavior analysis and value having someone committed to keeping our child engaged and learning as they age. I would want to work collaboratively on that with someone who's interested!
