My son will be 4 months old when my wife goes back to work. We are looking for a nanny that can accommodate 4 days per week. Days during the week may vary based on our work schedules. We would like for him to be outside at least once per day and are open to him going to the beach and doing activities outside etc. he requires feedings roughly every 3 hours and naps throughout the day. We are looking for a caregiver who is engaging with him and who will treat him like he is their own.
