FT Nanny Location: Newton, MA Schedule: Tuesday- Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm, Saturday for 5 hours typically either 12-5 p.m. or 3:30-8:30 p.m. Children: 8 months and 2 years old Duties: General childcare including engaging with the children through age appropriate activities and outings, children's laundry, washing and preparing bottles, children's meal prep, and tidying after children. Requirements: 3+ years of professional childcare experience including recent experience with infants, a clean criminal record, and have current CPR/First Aid certifications, or willing to obtain. Ideal candidate will be loving, engaging, creative, communicative, have some knowledge of infant/toddler developmental milestones, and able to set consistent routines and boundaries. Must have the Covid vaccine and be looking to stay long term and grow with the family! Pets: 1 dog 25 lb. Mini Golden-doodle who goes to doggy daycare. Driving/Parking: Driver's license required and parking is available. Must have a reliable vehicle to drive children to and from activities. Travel: None required but Family is open to the Nanny joining them on trips if preferred! Additional Information: At least one parent works from home most days. Family has a live in au pair who helps with children's laundry and childcare in hours outside Nanny's work as needed Compensation: $30-35 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays, and a health stipend.
