About the job
We are a fun-loving family in Needham with two boys (8 & 3) looking for a full-time nanny/household manager to join our team! Approx. 30-35 hrs/week: Sun-Thurs, two flex mornings (7:30-8:30am) and weekday afternoons (1-6:30/7pm), with occasional evenings. Duties include school pickups/drop-offs, playdates, light tidying, kids' laundry, and helping keep things running smoothly. A family car is provided. Summers are spent on Cape Cod, beach days, bike rides, and sunshine! Live-in option includes private suite, personal car use, and travel perks. Ideal candidates are experienced (3+ yrs), proactive, fun, strong swimmers, CPR/First Aid certified, vaccinated, and non-smokers. Must love dogs, our sweet Goldendoodle is part of the crew! $30$40/hr DOE + benefits. ASAP start. 1-year commitment.
